Under Elections Alberta regulations, contributions are subject to the following rules:

• Annual Limit: Maximum $5,000 per calendar year in aggregate across all political parties, constituency associations, and candidates.

• Eligibility: Contributors must be Alberta residents (or eligible Alberta corporations/unions) using their own funds.

• Public Disclosure: Total annual contributions over $250 are reported to Elections Alberta and disclosed publicly.

• Donate $200 Get $150 back (75% tax credit)

• Donate $1,100 Get $600 back

• Donate $2,300 Get $1,000 back (Maximum tax credit limit)
