Government decisions aren't made in a vacuum, they are shaped by the people who actually show up. By getting involved locally, you aren't just supporting a party, you're directly influencing the direction of our province.
On February 26th, 2026, the Sherwood Park and Strathcona-Sherwood Park Constituency Associations held their Annual General Meetings in a joint session. At that meeting, each association duly elected a Board of Directors and Officers to guide their activities as we prepare for the next provincial election expected to be held sometime in 2027. Since then the two Boards have been meeting jointly on the 3rd Wednesday of the month at the County Hall.
Since February, our collective membership has grown from about 25 to about 85. If we are to have success in the next election we need to significantly grow and enhance the participation of our membership.
At our September Joint Board Meeting, the two Boards voted unanimously to extend an invitation to all Tory Party members of our two constituency associations to attend future Joint Board Meetings. We need to meet you and hear your ideas for the future of Alberta. There is much work to be done between now and the next election.
